Cava Athleisure debuts first physical store in Bengaluru

D2C athleisure brand Cava Athleisure has officially expanded into physical retail with the opening of its first flagship store at Orion Mall, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. The launch, which drew over 1,000 visitors on its opening day, marks the brand’s transition from a digital-first label to an omni-channel retailer. The event featured an appearance by actress Khushi Kapoor.

The launch also marked a significant transition for Cava as it evolved from a digital-first athleisure label into a fully realized physical retail experience. Having built a loyal and engaged community online through its fabric-first and design-led approach, the brand now brings that world into a tangible, immersive environment where customers can engage with the product firsthand.

The store’s design is intended to reflect the brand’s focus on movement and versatility. Featuring an open curved facade, minimal interiors, and reflective surfaces, the layout prioritizes customer interaction with the products. A central focus of the physical space is Cava’s signature ADPT fabric, which the brand markets for its softness and recovery properties. The location houses full collections for both men and women, designed to transition between athletic performance and everyday lifestyle wear.

We chose Orion mall for our first store since Athleisure is a discovery led purchase rather than intend driven, and a high footfall mall in the centre of the city was the perfect start.”

With the Orion Mall debut, Cava takes its first step into offline retail. The brand plans to launch multiple store over the coming year.
