ORRA Fine Jewellery has appointed Deepika Khare as Vice President and Head of Business Development, Projects, Design and Administration, as announced by Deepika on social media today.
With over two decades of experience in retail expansion, leasing, business development, and strategic growth, Deepika brings a strong track record of driving market entry, optimizing portfolios, and building customer-centric retail formats. In her new role at ORRA Fine Jewellery, she will oversee business development strategy, project execution, design alignment, and administrative functions, supporting the brand’s long-term growth and expansion roadmap.
Most recently, she served as Business Head at Air Maniax, where she spearheaded the UAE-based adventure park brand’s entry into the Indian market.
Prior to this, she spent over three years at CaratLane (A Tata Product) as National Head – Business Development, where she played a pivotal role in national expansion, market development, and strengthening the brand’s retail footprint. Her work focused on identifying high-potential markets, negotiating strategic locations, and enabling sustained growth through data-driven insights.
Deepika has previously held senior roles at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., The Woolmark Company, Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd.), and High Street Phoenix.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and market-driven approach, her appointment is expected to further strengthen ORRA Fine Jewellery’s strategic vision as the brand continues to expand its presence in India’s evolving retail landscape.
