Arvind Fashions onboards Preeti Anand Raturi as Head – Merchandising

Arvind Fashions Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Preeti Anand Raturi as the new Head of Merchandising. Preeti announced the move on LinkedIn, marking a significant return to the company where she previously led planning for Arrow Sport.

With over two decades of experience across fashion retail, merchandising, planning and digital commerce, Preeti steps into the role with a proven track record of scaling brands and driving profitability in both offline and digital ecosystems. Most recently, she served as Associate Director for International Brands at Myntra, where she led the P&L, revenue strategy and growth roadmap for premium global labels on the platform.

At Arvind Digital, Preeti will spearhead merchandise vision, strategy and execution with a focus on digital commerce expansion, consumer insights and building scalable frameworks that balance speed, profitability and brand equity. Her expertise spans business management, seasonal planning, inventory optimisation, demand shaping and category-led growth across brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle and Arrow.

Preeti has previously held key roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Tommy Hilfiger, Reliance Retail, Spencer’s Retail and Lifestyle International, contributing significantly to brand development, private label growth and merchandising excellence.

Her appointment signals Arvind Fashions’ intent to further strengthen its digital-first merchandise strategy and enhance consumer-led product innovation.
