Nykaa unveils Pink Friday campaign with Deepika Padukone & leading creators

Nykaa, India’s leading beauty and lifestyle retailer, has launched its biggest annual shopping event — the Pink Friday Sale — with a high-impact campaign that blends celebrity power, creator-led storytelling, and a relatable insight: when Pink Friday goes live, everything else becomes secondary.

At the heart of the campaign is Deepika Padukone, Nykaa’s Brand Ambassador, headlining the main film. Set at a packed press conference, the narrative captures Deepika fielding questions about her upcoming projects — until a notification about the Pink Friday Sale instantly shifts her focus. In a playful twist, every question suddenly has the same answer: “Pink Friday.” The film closes with Deepika walking off the podium, leaving the media stunned as she heads straight to shop the sale.

The momentum continues with a series of short, punchy creator films featuring Kusha Kapila, Kareema Barry, and Aisha Ahmed, each showcasing a different slice of Pink Friday frenzy.

  • Kusha Kapila, caught mid pose on the pink carpet, lights up the moment she hears, “Nykaa Pink Friday Sale chalu ho gayi,” launching into an excited breakdown of this year’s offers — from luxe deals and free lipsticks to bumper giveaways such as 100 free lipsticks and a one-year foundation supply.

  • Kareema Barry brings her signature ‘best-friend’ humour, accidentally hijacking a stranger’s red-carpet moment.
