Stylox Fashion, one of India’s fastest-growing denim and casualwear brands, has secured an investment of Rs 3 crore from the Fashion Entrepreneur Fund (FEF) following its high-impact appearance on Pitch To Get Rich, the fashion business reality show streaming on Jio Hotstar.
The investment marks a significant milestone for Stylox Fashion as it transitions from a B2B-driven model to a D2C-focused brand. The funds will be used to enhance product availability and accelerate the brand’s retail and online expansion across India.
Produced by Fashion Entrepreneur Fund and Dharmatic Entertainment, the show featured industry stalwarts such as Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and Malaika Arora, offering participating brands unmatched visibility and credibility within the fashion ecosystem.
“Our focus is clear — to double our revenue and grow from 50 to 100 stores by the end of this financial year,” said Ritika and Vishal Mehra, Co-Founders of Stylox Fashion. “The funding has given us the momentum to not only expand our retail footprint but also to strengthen our D2C presence. “We are now directly interacting with customers via our website and top online marketplaces, which will ensure that Stylox Fashion is known as a brand of affordable premium fashion.”
Post-funding, Stylox Fashion is expanding its digital reach through leading online platforms including Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Styli (UAE), along with its own website, Stylox.in. This strategic shift aims to enhance accessibility, deepen consumer engagement, and reinforce the brand’s positioning in the affordable fashion segment.
From its origins as a supplier to retailers, Stylox Fashion has evolved into a modern menswear brand that blends aspiration with accessibility—offering trend-driven denim and casualwear backed by strong business fundamentals.
