Homegrown menswear brand Mufti has opened its new flagship store at Phoenix Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai—signaling the start of a reimagined brand journey and its biggest transformation yet.

The launch evening saw actor Vijay Varma join the celebrations, alongside fashion insiders, loyal customers, and leading media voices. Guests explored Mufti’s refreshed identity through curated showcases of its latest collections, while Varma spoke about his personal connection with the brand that has shaped Indian menswear for more than two decades.

Designed as an immersive brand experience, the flagship features warm lighting, natural finishes, and a clean modern aesthetic, reflecting Mufti’s new philosophy of sophistication, confidence, and contemporary relevance. The latest collections echo this shift with premium fabrics and versatile silhouettes crafted for work, travel, and leisure.

Speaking at the launch, Kamal Khushlani, Founder and Managing Director of Mufti, said, “For me, Mufti has always been about more than just clothes. It’s about how men express themselves, how they feel when they put on something that is truly theirs. With this flagship at Phoenix Palladium, we’re not just opening a store, we’re unveiling the future of Mufti. This is where our renewed vision comes alive.” 

The new identity builds on Mufti’s strong momentum. The brand continues to record consistent growth in both revenue and profitability, with nearly 39% of customers returning as repeat buyers, a testament to its emotional connect with consumers. Over the past year, its digital presence has more than doubled, further expanding its reach beyond physical stores.

The Phoenix Palladium flagship marks the first of several such experiences that Mufti plans to roll out across India, reaffirming its position as a brand that has evolved with its audience while staying true to its roots.
