Shoppers Stop Ltd. reported a 6% year-on-year increase in sales for Q1FY26, reaching Rs 1,336 crore (Non-GAAP), driven by premiumisation and consistent performance across key categories. EBITDA rose 68% YoY to Rs 26 crore under Non-GAAP, reflecting operational efficiency gains.

Performance of Strategic Pillars in Q1FY26:
The company’s premium portfolio contributed 67% to total sales, growing 8% YoY (like-for-like growth at 9%). Operational KPIs remained healthy with Average Transaction Value (ATV) up 6%, Average Selling Price (ASP) up 3%, and Items Per Transaction (IPT) up 3%.
The First Citizen loyalty program contributed 85% to total sales, with 70% coming from repeat customers. Premium Black Card members accounted for 19% of sales, up 44% YoY.
The beauty segment saw sales of Rs 219 crore (excluding distribution), while the beauty distribution business under Global SS Beauty Brands posted Rs 84 crore in sales, a 117% YoY increase. New brand launches included Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, and Giordano.
Private brands recorded sales of Rs 156 crore, contributing 13% to overall sales, with 18% growth in apparel volumes, led by strong performances in kidswear and women’s western wear.
Value retail format INTUNE clocked sales of Rs 68 crore, doubling YoY. The company opened four new INTUNE stores during the quarter, taking the total to 75 across 33 cities.
As of June 30, 2025, Shoppers Stop operates 112 department stores, 82 specialty beauty stores, 75 INTUNE outlets, 10 home concept stores, and 20 airport doors, covering 4.5 million sq. ft.
