Textile and fashion industry veteran Rishi Suri has joined UK-based textile and apparel conglomerate FCI Group, following a 16-year tenure at The LYCRA Company, as announced by him on social media.
“Change is the only constant and after an amazing stint of 16 years at The LYCRA Company which included 3 different roles based in Hong Kong and previously in India, I have decided to change gears and embark in a different direction. I sincerely thank everyone at LYCRA who was a part of this wonderful journey,” Rishi Suri wrote in a LinkedIn post.
At FCI, Suri will lead sales and marketing for a new state-of-the-art project focused on high-end manmade and synthetic fabrics, with the potential for integration into activewear garments in the near future.

- In his final role at The LYCRA Company, he served as Business Development Director – South Asia, where he led strategic initiatives across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, focusing on driving adoption of innovative fiber technologies and managing key global accounts.
- Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Pangea Fabrics Italy, Brandix, and Arvind Limited.
Suri is now Director – Sales & Marketing at FCI Group, where he will spearhead a new initiative focused on high-end synthetic fabrics with potential activewear applications.
