LA-based footwear company TOMS has teamed up with celebrity stylist Jamie Mizrahi to launch a limited-edition capsule collection, The Monochrome Edit, with a heartwarming volunteer event at Baby2Baby’s Los Angeles headquarters. The event brought together celebrity guests, friends of the brand, and media to support families impacted by LA fires.
Baby2Baby is a non-profit organisation that provides children in need with diapers, formula, clothing, and the basic necessities that every child deserves, serving more than one million children across all 50 states.
Stars like Nicole Richie, Katharine McPhee, Leslie Mann, and Judd Apatow joined Mizrahi in packing Baby2Baby Maternal Health & Newborn Supply Kits for mothers and babies, especially those affected by recent Los Angeles fires. Guests wore the newly launched TOMS x Mizrahi collection while assembling essentials in a vibrant warehouse setting inspired by the collection’s bold color palette.
The Monochrome Edit includes a range of Alpargata styles for women, men, and kids in striking shades like mulberry, amber, and cobalt blue. Notable highlights include the debut of the Alp FWD for women and kids’ versions featuring artwork by Mizrahi’s children.
“I am so proud of this collection and collaboration. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the launch than with an event grounded in giving back with Baby2Baby—a cause and organisation so close to my heart and so connected to the great work that TOMS does supporting children’s education, health and well-being,” shared Jamie.
“From the very beginning, Jamie came to the table with a clear vision,” shares Camila Wolfson, TOMS Chief Merchandising Officer. “We are so excited to not only kick it off at Baby2Baby, but also donate to support their ongoing efforts serving children and families in need.”
The collection is now available at TOMS.com and Nordstrom.com. A portion of proceeds will support Baby2Baby’s mission to provide essentials to children living in poverty.
