French luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton has unveiled its latest flagship store in Mumbai, making it the brand’s largest international retail store in India. Nestled in the opulent Jio World Plaza Mall, the new establishment marks a significant addition to Louis Vuitton’s presence in the country.
Anoushka Sharma, a Human Resources Executive at Louis Vuitton, shared her excitement on LinkedIn, stating, “It’s been absolutely incredible and in constant admiration to have been a part of this milestone with Louis Vuitton.”
Within the boutique, visitors have the opportunity to discover creations from renowned designers and studios like Phantom Hands and Demuro Das. The exterior of the store boasts a facade crafted from honed and hammered Mocca cream stone, adorned with an intricate Louis Vuitton flower mesh made of metal, aligning seamlessly with the brand’s iconic monogram.
This retail haven encompasses an array of offerings, including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear collections, leather goods, shoes, accessories, watches, and notably, an exquisite selection of jewelry, according to a media website.
Louis Vuitton, founded in Paris in 1854, operates in 50 countries with over 460 stores worldwide. The brand, part of the LVMH Group, spans various luxury sectors, including Wines & Spirits, Fashion & Leather Goods, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewelry, and Selective Retailing. In addition to its Mumbai flagship, Louis Vuitton already operates three other brick-and-mortar stores in India, located at UB City in Bengaluru, DLF Emporio in New Delhi, and The Taj Mahal Palace and Tower in Mumbai.
